The GreenLight Report: initial screening is a low cost solution environmental risk opinion which gives a fast overview of key environmental issues which could impact on property such as flooding, landfilling, pollution and radon. Despite the low cost all GreenLight Report: initial screening are reviewed by RICs accredited Environmental Surveyors and will highlight if any further investigation needs to be conducted.
Ideal for when a fast turn around is required for peace of mind or for due dilligence as part of the valuation process. The report uses the most current data available from the Environment Agency, British Geological Survey, Coal Authroity and Infoterra.
