YRFU Yorkshire Federation of Referees Society
Wilbourn Associates has signed a five-year sponsorship deal to provide the YRFU with new kits for referees at amateur matches across Yorkshire. The deal represents a donation of £10,000 to the society of which Philip Wilbourn, CEO of the practice, is a long-standing member. Philip is a keen sportsman and an avid fan of rugby in particular and hopes this contribution will help to retain existing members and attract new recruits in order to generate ongoing interest in the game.

DIRECT
The practice is backing a scheme to promote rugby in Doncaster schools in a bid to encourage teamwork, healthy lifestyles and a love of sport among local youngsters.
We have made a £20,000 donation to the Doncaster Knights’ charity DIRECT which is spearheading the initiative, backed by the borough’s Primary Care Trust.
The scheme involves coaching children in how to play the game as well as teaching them about the associated health and fitness benefits.
