Phase 1 Desktop Studies
Phase 1 desk based studies that includes a review of historical Ordnance Survey maps, site inspection, enquiries (if appropriate) and comprehensive environmental risk assesment. A Conceptual Site Model can be incorporated and the report can be also be a Phase II.
