An in depth phase I environmental risk assessment for both investors and developers An Environmental Screening is the equivalent of a phase I environmental desk study ideally suited to investment acquisitions and providing initial investigations into contamination for redevelopment purposes. The Environmental Screening is used extensively by the financial services sector for portfolio acquisitions and is the professional service of choice by major property owning institutions. It is also ideal for the acquisition of finance from lenders. Environmental Screening reports are prepared for various pension providers and financial institutions on a regular basis, they are easy to understand and ideal for their purposes.
