Fact 1 The practice was established in 1993 on the basis of a desk, a telephone and a good idea. It is now 11 years old with many more desks and telephones.
Fact 2 Philip Wilbourn represented the RICS at the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg in 2002.
Fact 3 From its offices in Sheffield the practice covers the whole of the United Kingdom due to the proximity of the motorway network and excellent rail and air communications.
